4XP designs, develops and manufactures cloud-based vehicle access control solutions. Four main software solutions have been developed for the car park operator and the customer: XCLOUD, XBOOKING, XPOINTOFSALE and XAPP.
4XP was born in Modena thanks to the long experience of its members in the world of vehicle access services. It is a company that offers on the market a solution “as a service”: a model thanks to which companies can rent software developed by third parties without having to buy the license and with 100% Made in Italy design. Thanks to 4XP software, the parking lot does not need staff, it is fully automated and managed remotely thanks to the 4XP concierge service and cloud-connected devices. There are four main software packages: XCLOUD, XBOOKING, XPOINTOFSALE and XAPP.
XCLOUD is a cloud based system ideal for those who want to have all the data always available but at the same time do not want to take charge of investments in hardware/ software, licensing costs, blocks for malfunctions, etc… Thanks to the cloud, the only commitment for the manager will be to have an internet connection, while the management, maintenance and customer service will be carried out by 4XP. From the interface, designed to be simple and intuitive, you can consult all parking statistics (transit, free places, receipts), manage subscriptions, check reservations and see all movements with related photos attached.
XBOOKING is a web portal available to the parking manager or reserved area for the booking and payment of the parking by the customer. The end customer will be able to access the portal, view the free seats, the rate applied to the area and proceed with the reservation of the parking space. The directions and electronic ticket will be sent to the user by email, with which he can access the parking. The manager has a section for booking management where he can view and manage all requests received.
XPOINTOFSALE is a web application in the management system that allows people assigned in parking to register the payment of the ticket or the sale of other products/ services offered (eg transport tickets, car wash…). The system also provides for a “supervisor” user who will be able to make reports to verify daily cash receipts and close accounts at the cash desk.
XAPP are mobile applications for the customer and the parking manager. XAppC is the application dedicated to users who use parking and allows you to check on all partners using 4XP technologies the availability of seats, manage their subscriptions and book your own parking space. XAppG is the application oriented to managers and/ or maintainers of the area that allows you to monitor the operating status of the system and receive in real time any anomalies or reports of preventive maintenance on individual components.
The goal of 4XP’s software is to relieve the parking lot owner from any problem, thanks to a cloud vehicle access control available to everyone, without significant investments.
